Course Description

Academic Grammar General Section. This is a required core component of the ESL+ certificate programs (ESL+D,ESL+M, ESL+U). Students learn more than just rules of grammar; they learn how to use grammar in speaking and writing. Grammar classes are lively and active, with reading, discussion, videos, songs, presentations, games, and writing as well as more traditional exercises and quizzes. Four levels offered, from low-intermediate to advanced. Permission required and registration only through the Center for English Language Studies.
