To apply for the Media Studies Summer Filmmaking Intensive, you must complete the online application form. Questions about the application process should be directed to mediastudiesadvising@newschool.edu.

Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The filmmaking intensive is subject to availability, and space is limited; students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Once a student is accepted to the program, a link to the online registration form is sent with an acceptance letter. Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only.

Please note that acceptance to the program does not guarantee a seat in the course. Students must successfully register for the course after being accepted to the program to guarantee their seat. Upon registering, students will receive a confirmation email.

When the course reaches maximum enrollment, it will be closed for registration. After the course has closed, students will be added to the waitlist. If space becomes available, students will be notified by email.
